Maintenance Service Terms and Conditions - Air Care Trading Company
First: Examination fees
- The examination fee of 120 riyals must be paid in advance before the technician's visit.
- If the device cannot be repaired by the Air Care maintenance team, the customer will receive a full refund for the inspection .
Second: Repair cost and discount
- When determining the repair cost and the cost of parts, the customer's prior approval is obtained.
- The inspection fee (120 riyals) will be deducted from the total invoice amount when the customer agrees to carry out the repair.
Third: Cases covered by the warranty
- If the air conditioner is under warranty, no fees will be charged to the customer unless misuse or neglect of care is proven.
- Examples of misuse:
- Leaving filters dirty for long periods.
- Disassembling or reassembling the device by an unauthorized party.
- If proven, a testing fee of 120 riyals will be charged , even if the device is under warranty.
Fourth: Spare parts
- If the necessary parts cannot be provided after the customer has agreed to the repair:
- The customer is formally notified.
- The full cost of the examination will be refunded .
Fifth: Tips before requesting the service
To avoid delays or unnecessary visits, please ensure the following before submitting a maintenance request:
- Make sure the remote control is set to Cool mode.
- Clean the air conditioner filters regularly.
- Evaluate the cooling space and ensure that the air conditioner is suitable for the room size, as poor performance does not always indicate a technical fault.
