Delivery and implementation

• Orders using code EID40 will begin delivery and fulfillment 60 days after the order creation date and payment confirmation.

• The company has the right to deduct the value of the discount, cashback, or any promotional benefit granted to the customer from the refund amount or to claim payment of the difference due as a result of the loss of eligibility for the offer.
• The customer's eligibility to benefit from the offer is calculated based on the final value of the order after any cancellation, refund, or modification. If one of the eligibility conditions for the offer is lost after the order is executed, all associated benefits are automatically dropped.
• If cashback is used before the refund is completed, the company has the right to deduct its value from the refunded amount .
• All returns are subject to the company's return and exchange policy.

General Provisions
