General Terms and Conditions for Installment Programs – Air Care

Air Care offers several installment options through different service providers, and the following terms and conditions apply to all installment transactions.

First: General Provisions

  • Installment service is available for eligible applications according to the policies of the installment service provider and the financing entity.
  • The available installment period varies depending on the chosen program (from 4 to 24 months).
  • Air Care reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • All installment agreements are made between the customer and the installment service provider, and Air Care's role is limited to providing the payment option.
  • In case of late payment, additional fees or penalties may be applied according to the service provider's policies.

Second: Credit history requirement (very important)

  • All installment plans are subject to the approval of the service provider based on the customer's credit history, and the request may be rejected or the installment period/value may be modified based on the credit rating.
  • The financing entity may request additional information or documents, and the final decision rests with them and not with Air Care.
⚠️ Warning: Approval of the installment request is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the financing entity's assessment of the customer's credit history.

Third: Available installment plans and the terms of each plan

1) Money Program – Al Rajhi and Al Ahli Visa (up to 24 months)
  • Installment payments are available via Al Rajhi or Al Ahli Visa cards.
  • Installment options available for up to 24 months.
  • The application is subject to approval based on the customer's credit history with the bank.
  • The bank may apply transfer fees or administrative fees according to its policies.
  • The transaction will not be converted into installments until the bank accepts it.

2) Tabby (up to 12 months)
  • Available to citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia aged 18 years and over.
  • The customer needs an active mobile number and a valid payment method (Mada/Visa/Mastercard).
  • Purchase limits vary based on credit history and previous payment behavior.
  • The application may be rejected if the client has financial difficulties or outstanding obligations.
  • In case of delay, a late fee may be applied by Tappy.

3) Tamara (up to 12 months)
  • Available to citizens and residents within Saudi Arabia aged 18 years and over.
  • A valid payment method must be activated and correct customer data must be entered.
  • Acceptance of the application depends on the credit rating and previous payment history.
  • The installment period may be reduced or the application rejected based on the assessment.
  • Late payment fees apply in case of non-payment according to Tamara's policies.

4) Possibility (up to 6 months)
  • Financing services are available to Saudis and residents, subject to the terms and conditions of the financing.
  • Eligibility is assessed based on monthly income and credit history.
  • It may require the following:
    • Bank statement for the last 3 months

  • The conditions vary depending on the program, and rejection may occur in the event of a poor credit history.

5) Paid (up to 6 months)
  • The service is based on an assessment of the customer's credit behavior and financial history.
  • Paid acts as an intermediary for deferred payment only and does not bear responsibility for the product.
  • Installment terms and available limits may vary depending on each customer's assessment.
  • The terms and conditions of the paid service must be accepted before the transaction is completed.

6) All programs – installments up to 4 months
  • Installment options are available for up to 4 months through various service providers for those who want quick and flexible options.
  • Availability depends on the service provider's assessment and the customer's financial history.

Fourth: Financial Conditions

  • Administrative fees or transfer fees may apply depending on the installment provider.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the installments on their due dates without delay.
  • In the event of order cancellation or product return, coordination will be made with the installment provider to process the installments, and this may take additional time.
  • In some cases, the administrative fees imposed by the funding agencies cannot be refunded.

Fifth: Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Returns are processed according to the Air Care policy and the installment service provider's policy.
  • The financing entity may require a grace period to process the cancellation or suspension of installments.
  • Air Care is not responsible for delays caused by the internal procedures of the installment service provider.

Sixth: Client responsibilities

  • Make sure his personal data and payment details are correct before completing the transaction.
  • Compliance with the terms of the installment service provider and payment on the specified dates.
  • Update his data (such as mobile number) when it changes.
  • Contact the installment provider directly if there is a problem with the payments.
By using any of the installment programs available through Enaya Al Hawa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions, in addition to the terms specific to each installment service provider.
