Air Care guarantees you the best prices:

  • If you purchase a product and it is later reduced in price, we will refund the price difference.
  • If you find the same product at a lower price from an authorized competitor before purchasing, we will match the price and give you an additional 10% discount on the price difference.
  • Before purchasing, match our competitors' posted prices to ensure you get the best deal.



Terms and Conditions:

1. Refund of price difference:

  • You can get a refund for the price difference if we reduce the price of the product after purchase.
  • Or if you find the product at a lower price from an authorized competitor during the matching period.

2. Match competitors' prices:

  • We get the same price as the competitor with an additional 10% discount on the price difference.

3. Matching period:

  • Compliance is valid within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

4. Basic conditions:

  • The product must be identical in terms of brand, product number, and country of manufacture .
  • The product must be under warranty and valid.

5. Announced prices:

  • Prices must be in Saudi Riyals .
  • Any additional fees (installation, delivery, etc.) are included in the comparison.

6. Product availability:

  • The product must be available with the competitor at the time of submitting the conformity.

7. Matching process:

  • Only applies to competitors who have showrooms in the same city .
  • Or in the case of online purchase: with approved competitor websites that provide delivery to the same city .

8. Required documents:

  • Original or electronic invoice.
  • Competitor's Ad (clear image).

9. Number of products included:

  • Conformity applies to only one product of the same type .
  • Unless the discount is from us, it includes all products.

10. Changes:

  • We reserve the right to modify the Matching Policy at any time without prior notice.



Exceptions:

  • Exclusive offers on websites.
  • Products not yet received.
  • Products on auction or flash sale sites.
  • Any typographical errors in the price, whether from our side or the competitor's side.
