General Terms and Conditions for the Air Care and Offers Website

  • These terms apply to all discounts, coupons, cashback and promotional offers provided by Air Care Company through the website, showroom or any authorized sales channel.
  • Completing an order or using any offer constitutes the customer's explicit acceptance of all general and special terms and conditions of the offer.
  • Offers are valid until May 20th , and the company has the right to stop, modify or extend the offer as it sees fit.
  • It is not permissible to combine more than one offer, coupon, discount or promotional benefit in a single order unless the company expressly states otherwise.
  • The SP50 code is valid exclusively when paying via Mada card within the showroom , and is not valid for any other payment method.
  • Offers apply only to the products and categories covered, and do not apply to excluded or previously discounted products unless otherwise stated.
  • If the order is modified or returned in whole or in part in a way that results in the offer not being met, the company has the right to cancel the discount or cashback, or to recalculate the invoice and deduct the difference from the refund amount.
  • The coupon cannot be added or the offer modified after the order has been placed, payment has been completed, or the invoice has been approved.
  • The offers are for individuals only, and the company has the right to cancel commercial orders or orders that aim to resell or illegally benefit from the offer.
  • In the event of misuse or fraud, such as using multiple accounts or repeated orders for the same address or customer for the purpose of repeatedly benefiting from the offer, the company has the right to cancel the order, cashback, coupon, or suspend the account.
  • The company reserves the right to review all orders covered by the offers before approving discounts, cashback, or other benefits.
  • In the event of a technical or human error in pricing, discount calculation, cashback, or offer terms, the company has the right to correct the error, cancel the order, and refund the amount paid. The customer has no right to demand the application of an offer in which an unintentional error has been proven.
  • The company's product availability depends on suppliers, agents, and supply chains, and delivery, execution, or installation schedules may be affected by supplier or manufacturer conditions, shipping, or seasonal pressures.
  • If the offer is linked to a future supply or installation period, completing the order means the customer's explicit agreement to that period, and he has no right to object to it when it is clearly stated.
  • The customer is responsible for the readiness of the installation site in terms of electricity, drainage and safe access, and the company has the right to reschedule or postpone implementation or impose additional visit fees if the site is not ready.
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure, government decisions, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or shipping companies.
  • Any coupon, cashback, discount, gift, or exceptional benefit granted by the company as a settlement or compensation shall be considered a final settlement of the disputed matter.
  • In the event of a complaint or financial or operational dispute, the company has the right to suspend orders, benefits, cashback or coupons associated with the account until the verification is completed or the dispute is settled.
  • Cashback is not a cash amount and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
  • In the event that any brief marketing message or advertisement conflicts with these terms, these terms shall be the official and binding reference.
