Air Conditioning Installation Terms and Conditions - Air Care Trading Company


First: General coverage of the service

  • Split AC installation service includes basic connection materials up to 4 meters of copper and wiring between the indoor and outdoor unit.
  • These materials are discounted if they are already available at the installation site.
  • The service does not include wall base, floor base, or drilling into concrete walls or cement castings.

Second: Additional prices

  • Additional copper meter prices:
  • 75 riyals - for air conditioners up to 2 tons (Korean made)
  • 85 riyals - for air conditioners of 2.5 tons and above (Korean made)
  • 120 riyals - for air conditioners up to 2 tons (American made)
  • 140 riyals - for air conditioners of 2.5 tons and above (American made)
  • Other accessories:
  • Ground base (rubber): 50 riyals
  • Pipe cover (aluminum): 70 riyals per meter (optional)
  • Wall base:
  • From 1 to 2 tons: 65 riyals
  • From 2.5 to 3 tons: 80 riyals
  • Excess electrical wires: 7 riyals per meter
  • Foam: only 20 riyals
  • Dismantling the old air conditioner: 120 riyals

Third: Implementation conditions

  • Installation area: Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Qatif (additional fees depending on location).
  • Pre-installed pipes: The company is not responsible for them.
  • No-show: If the customer is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and a new reservation will be required.
  • Installation in a concrete wall: Not available; customer is responsible for preparing the pipe extension hole.
  • Site preparation: The client must fully prepare the site in terms of decoration, electricity, drainage, plumbing, and lighting.
  • Electrical extension: Not the responsibility of the installation team.
  • Scaffolding: Free up to a height of 3 meters; above that, the customer bears:
  • 100 riyals per floor / per air conditioner.
  • Cooling Performance: The company is not responsible for poor cooling if:
  • The outdoor unit is installed inside a skylight.
  • The room was bigger than the air conditioner could handle.

Fourth: Financial provisions

  • Payment: Full payment is due before delivery.
  • Additional Installation: Paid in advance before installation begins.
  • Pipe size discrepancy: The customer shall bear the cost of modifying or replacing the pipes in case of non-compliance.
  • Installation Warranty: 90 days after installation and covers service errors only.
  • Crane: The customer shall bear the cost of the crane if it is required.

Fifth: Delivery and receipt conditions

  • Delivery period: The goods must be received within a maximum of two months.
  • Pre-order: Delivery within a maximum of one working month .

Sixth: Return and exchange policy

  • Returns or exchanges are possible within 7 days from the invoice date, provided that the product is in its original condition .
  • If the product is opened, 15% of its value will be deducted .
  • Services provided (installation, maintenance, cleaning, etc.) are non-refundable .

Prices include 15% VAT.
