Delivery and Installation Policy

  • Delivery time: Orders are fulfilled within a period not exceeding 15 working days from the date of order confirmation and completion of the payment process.
  • Not counted towards the time limit:
    • The day the order was created.
    • Fridays and Saturdays.
    • Holidays and official vacations.
    • Government holidays such as Founding Day (February 22) and National Day (September 23) .
  • The execution time may vary depending on the city, operational schedule pressures, logistical conditions, or product availability from the supplier or agent .
  • In the event of promotional offers or special seasons, the execution period may be extended as explained during the order completion process.
  • Installation time: The installation date is determined according to the available dates in the technicians' schedule .
  • The completion of the connection does not guarantee that the installation will be carried out on the same day, as the installation is subject to the approved operational schedule.

Split air conditioner installation fees

  • As of April 9, 2026, the free installation of split air conditioners has been cancelled .
  • Installation is only free if there is a special advertised offer from the company that explicitly states so.
  • Installation of a split air conditioner without copper: 149 riyals for units sold through Enaya Air.
  • Split air conditioner installation with copper pipe: 299 riyals for units sold through Air Care.
  • These fees apply unless a special offer or different package is announced by the company.

⚠️ If installation cannot be completed and the customer has already paid for it, only the installation fee will be refunded . However, if the installation was free as part of a special offer, no refund or alternative compensation is due.

General Terms

  • The installation service includes up to 4 meters of copper only .
  • Any additional materials or work will be calculated according to the tables and prices shown above .
  • The cost of the order and services must be paid before supply or installation , unless otherwise agreed or announced.
  • Delivery or installation may take up to 15 days or even 90 days depending on the type of order, product, offer, or the company's approved operating schedule.
  • The installation guarantee is for 90 days and is limited to installation errors only, and does not include malfunctions resulting from misuse or factors beyond the company's responsibility.
  • The services provided and implemented are non-refundable after their implementation.
  • All prices include VAT at 15% , unless otherwise expressly stated.
