Delivery and Installation Policy - Air Care Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Company
First: Delivery Policy
- 1. Delivery time: Products are delivered within 2 to 10 working days , depending on the customer's city and product availability .
2. Delivery cost:
- Delivery fees vary depending on the size and weight of the product and the customer's location .
- The cost is clearly shown during the online payment process.
- Exception: In the cities of Dammam, Riyadh, Khobar, Dhahran, and Qatif , the delivery service is completely free .
Second: Installation policy
1. Normal installation:
- Installation date will be arranged in coordination with the customer based on availability.
- Waiting time ranges from 2 to 24 business days depending on the schedule and city.
2. Installation fees:
- The basic installation fee is 249 Saudi Riyals .
- Exception: Installation service is provided free of charge in Dammam, Riyadh, Khobar, Dhahran, and Qatif .
- The Company reserves the right to amend this policy in the future to serve operational interests.
3. Express installation service:
- The company provides an express installation option within 48 hours of receiving the order .
- Additional fees apply to this service and will be determined during coordination with the client.
Third: General notes
- All orders are subject to product availability and delivery services in the geographical area.
- Orders received after 4 PM will be considered received on the next business day .
- Prior coordination is made with the customer to determine the appropriate time for delivery or installation.

- Working days: from Saturday to Thursday.
- Working hours: from 9 am to 11 pm .
