Product Condition:
To complete the return or exchange process, the product must be in its original condition as received, unused or undamaged, with all attached accessories (such as remote control, manuals, user guide, original carton).
No product can be returned or exchanged :
- It shows scratches, signs of use, or previous installation.
- Damaged by using incorrect electrical voltage.
- It has been altered, moved, or maintained by an unauthorized party.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet these conditions.
Costs:
- In the event of a proven manufacturing defect or damage resulting from transportation :
- The company bears all shipping and return costs.
- If the reason for the return is personal (such as a change of customer mind or an error in the order):
- The customer bears the following:
- Shipping fees (round trip).
- 15% discount on the product value if the package is opened.
- Disassembly and installation fees (if applicable).
- Value of installed copper pipes (if any).
Refund Request Form:
Please contact us first to complete a refund request form before initiating any return.
- Form validity: 7 days from the date of issue.
- Refund period: up to 14 working days from the date of receipt of the complete application and its approval by the administration.
Replacement and refund period:
The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the invoice date , provided that:
- The product must be unused.
- Not installed.
- In its original condition and with all attachments.
Important notes:
- In case of return after installation, a disassembly fee + shipping + 15% discount will be applied.
- In the event that defective air conditioners are returned, the request will be referred directly to the authorized dealer.
