Accessing the return form

Product condition

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and uninstalled.
  • All accessories and the original carton must be returned.
  • Products showing signs of use are not acceptable.
  • Products serviced by unauthorized parties are not accepted.
  • If the product is returned after receipt and the carton is opened, 15% of the product value will be deducted as a carton opening fee, provided that the product is in its original condition, has not been installed or used, and is with the original carton.

Gifts and cashback

  • Any free gift must be returned in its original condition.
  • If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If cashback is taken advantage of, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Discounts will be recalculated if the offer conditions are not met.

Time period for refund

  • The refund will be processed within 24 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method.
  • The applicant must have the same name as the account holder.
