    Air Care Trading Company Terms and Conditions

    1. Definitions

    • Company : means Air Care Trading Company, owner of the online platform aircare-store.com.
    • Customer : is anyone who uses the website or purchases any product or service.
    • Services : Include air conditioning sales, installation, maintenance, storage, and care packages.

    2. Acceptance of the terms

    • By using the Site or ordering through it, the Customer acknowledges his full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
    • The Company has the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use constitutes implied acceptance.

    3. Limitation of Liability

    • The company is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse, installation by an unauthorized party, or malfunctioning operating environment.
    • The colors of the products displayed vary depending on the device screen and are not considered an accurate reference.

    4. Terms of Sale and Warranty

    • Warranty is subject to local agent terms.
    • The product warranty is fully covered by the local agent, and the customer must contact the agent directly in the event of any warranty claims.
    • Air conditioners with a manufacturing defect will not be replaced or returned unless a technical report is issued by the local agent and his written approval .
    • Warranty is voided if installed or maintained by an unauthorized party.

    5. Storage Policy

    • The company offers free storage for 6 months from the invoice date.
    • After 6 months, 100 riyals per square meter is charged per month .
    • The customer is exempt from additional storage fees if he notifies the company of an extension request and it is approved in writing.
    • After 9 months have passed without receiving or notifying the company of the extension and without a response, the company has the right to dispose of the product without being obligated to notify.

    6. Installation and connection

    • Installation includes 4 meters of copper and wire, and any excess will be calculated according to the published price.
    • The installation appointment will be cancelled if the customer is more than 15 minutes late.
    • Do not install air conditioners on concrete walls without proper preparation.
    • 90-day installation warranty, covers installation defects only.
    • Installation Warranty on Air Conditioners: If installed by Air Care Company’s work teams, the installation warranty extends for a full year on Freon ventilation and water dripping , with the following exceptions:
    1. Blockage resulting from construction errors in drain pipes .
    2. Changing the location of the air conditioner after installation or using it incorrectly.
    3. Failure to perform periodic maintenance, such as cleaning filters.
    4. Installing the air conditioner in a location where the temperature is higher than normal or where the temperature exceeds the air conditioner’s tolerance according to the air conditioner’s data booklet.
    • If any of the above reasons are proven, an inspection fee of 120 riyals will be charged and deducted from the repair cost if the customer agrees to complete the service.

    7. Return and Exchange Policy

    • Returns are allowed within 7 days provided that:
    • Do not use the product.
    • Having the invoice.
    • Keep the product in its original packaging.
    • In the event of a return for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, the customer shall bear the following :
    • Round trip shipping fees.
    • Dismantling and installation costs.
    • Composite copper pipe value.
    • 15% discount on the product value.
    • No refund is given for any service (maintenance, installation, inspection, storage).

    8. Care packages

    • Available in select regions, terms and conditions apply depending on the package type.
    • Packages cannot be refunded after 7 days from the invoice date.
    • The package will be cancelled if the device is maintained or transferred by an unauthorized party.
    • Super Care Package: The air conditioner will be replaced with a new one for SAR 100 if it cannot be repaired within 4 years.

    9. Data Protection and Privacy

    • Data is collected for the purpose of fulfilling requests and improving the service.
    • Data is not shared with any third party without permission, except in legal cases.
    • The customer has the right to modify or delete his data upon official request.

    10. Law and Jurisdiction

    • This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • Any disputes shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
