Air Care Packages Terms and Conditions

terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Service:

• The service is only available in the following cities: Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Qatif, Saihat, and Unayzah .

1. Additional discount:

• An additional 15% discount is granted when purchasing packages from the company's branches, website, or app.
• This discount is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, including promo codes, seasonal discounts, or temporary offers.

1. Service location:

• The service is provided to only one address specified by the customer, whether within a single building or a specific residential unit.

1. Conditions for air conditioning maintenance:

• In the Care and Care Plus packages, the customer bears the cost of maintenance and spare parts, provided that he obtains prior approval for this.

1. Replacement if not repaired (Super Care only):

• If the air conditioner cannot be repaired or replacement parts are available, the device will be replaced with a new one of the same size .
• The new device does not have to be the same brand or model.
• The customer pays only 100 riyals for the replacement.
• This benefit is only applicable in Super Care Package and within 4 years from the date of purchase .

1. Cancellation of the contract:

• The contract is cancelled in the following cases:
• Air conditioner maintenance by a party other than Air Care Company or the authorized agent.
• Transferring or modifying the device by a third party without notifying the company.

1. Modify or stop the package:

• Air Care reserves the right to discontinue or modify this service at any time , while ensuring the rights of customers who purchased prior to the modification.

1. Return packages:

• No package can be returned or refunded after 7 days from the invoice date.
• It will not be refunded if the specified period expires without being used .

1. Shelf life:

• Care and Care Plus Package : Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Super Care Package : Valid for four years from the date of purchase.
